EVERY NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, and January, Duke's Ecology program recruits and evaluates PhD students for admission in the following August. We offer admission to prospective students with diverse interests. Each year we try to recruit one or two new PhD students for the Dwight Billings Fellowship for students wishing to pursue some aspect of plant ecology.
